Do you mean it doesn't pair? You might get more useful help on this forum if you describe precisely what you tried to do and what the results were.
I have a Plantronics Discovery 665 headset, and it works perfectly with my Centro. I suggest you start by carefully reading the "connecting with Bluetooth" section in your Centro User Guide (it should be accessible via MyCentro on the applications menu) and the instructions that came with the headset.
This is the procedure I used:
Before you start the pairing procedure, your headset should be turned OFF.
Make sure that Bluetooth is turned ON.
The Visibility setting must be "visible". You should change it to "hidden" after you've successfully paired.
Select "Setup Devices".
Select "Hands-free Setup".
On the headset, hold down the power/control button for 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue. The headset is now in pairing mode for the next 120 seconds. (These were the instructions for my model headset. Your model might have different instructions to get into pairing mode.)
On the Centro hands-free setup panel, select "Next". This will start device discovery. Select your device name when it appears. It it asks for a passkey, enter the key according the instructions for your headset.
Now you should be paired. If so, the Blootooth icon on the top bar of the app menu or phone screen should change to a headphone icon.
