i guess this could also count as an accessorys. is there any aftermarket cases that replace the factory case, mine is broke

Do you mean the actual casing? If so, I haven't seen them being sold just yet.

I too have not seen any aftermarket ones, but I found this a few days ago on Ebay. It should fix you for the time being, but if anyone has a link to any aftermarket ones, please let us know.
