The Seido hardcase is awesome; I've got the blue "rubber texture" one on and it's dreamy. The hand it gives the device is reassuring, less slippery and a little more recess to the screen so it's less likely to contact stuff on a surface when put down or carried. It snaps on easily and fit perfectly, even allowing access to the strap/loop (you don't need to remove charms/straps/dongles to put the case on). I've dropped the thing once on carpeted but firm flooring and the case popped open but didn't remove. Snapped it back together and since then it's been dumped from a backpack more than once and has traveled loosely in a collection of junk and has not dislodged.
Used with the Seido holster-clip for covered phones, another perfect fit, the screen is totally protected while in transit. The holster clip has a really secure feeling but easy to open release, too. The holster doesn't like straps or dongles though, you can see that only the japanese threaded charmstraps fit when holstered in the endshot below.

Thanks for the photos and sharing your review! The Seidio looks pretty good, almost as if it's the phone itself and not a separate case.

I have to give an unfortunate "Thumbs Down" for the Seidio hard case. I got one back in January for my new Centro... love the way it fits and feels.

However, after removing the case to remove the battery for a soft reset a number of times (Grr, bad design decision, Palm!), one of the tabs that snaps the case together broke off. Annoying, but the case still stayed on the phone okay. I stopped using Opera so I no longer had any resets.

BUT... this past week, the two bottom snap tabs--on both sides!--started to crack. When they both go, I doubt the case will stay on the phone any more. Very disappointing as I've only had the case 4 months. I would expect it to last way longer than that. The snap tabs simply aren't designed with enough durability.

I'll probably be looking for a cheaper silicon case soon. Too bad, the Seidio had a lot of other things going for it.
