Multiple spam texts every hour on the hour

Was wondering if anyone knew what was going on...For the past 2 days I have been getting two texts every hour, on the hour. One is from 9016 and says "//BREW:0x0103DE73:${from} has sent you a Spring Voice Message. CAll ${callbackno} to listen. CFGs 1340.0=10c2c9d6b9962663b7618k4Z6nrL//CM"

the other, from number 9485, says "//BREW0x0103DE73:Spring SMS Voice Message config CFGs1342.1=105d5dcc23a239fd6617tL+Nhvg//CM

these texts dont seem to be stopping. what can I do to get rid of them? I have tried calling the numbers back, which dont work, and if i try to text back it says the caller doesn't accept texts.
