Default Phone ringer silences when any key on keyboard pressed

Hi all, When my phone rings on an imcoming call, and I accidentally touch a keyboard key, the ringer silences. I understand that this normal for Centro's. Is there a setting or application which would prevent this from happening? I have tried TreoGuard, but it doesn't work for the Centro. Thanks in advance for the replies.

Just bumping this thread hoping to catch someones attention. I would be surprised if I am the only person who keeps their Centro in my jeans pocket while working and miss calls because of the buttons accidentally being pressed when an incoming call comes in, (happened again today).

Go to your regular preferences section in the Centro and you will find settings to change this under Keyguard. Set to Auto-Keyguard and disable touchscreen when incoming calls received. This will prevent you from accidentally hanging up on calls getting the Centro out of your pocket.

I really appreciate you taking the time to reply, but the problem is not that the calls are being accidentally answered by a touchscreen press, the problem is that the ringer gets silenced when an alphanumeric key is accidentally pressed. Once the ringer is silenced I miss the call and it goes though to voicemail. Very frustrating that I cannot find a solution. Seems even more strange that I appear to be the only person on earth complaining of this!!!
