When I make or receive a call the icon says the Bluetooth is paired yet i can not hear the other person and they cannon hear me. If I can go to speaker phone mode before they hang up the icon will change. Does this Bluetooth have a sleep mode? If so, how do I turn it off? Is this common with Sennheiser Bluetooths?
