Service issues...Please Help

Well I am noticing my phone is starting to act up and it is a brand new phone...

I will send a text and about 80% of the time, the text will send and then immediately after it sends I heard the "Bump Bermp" and it says I have no signal...then a few seconds later I hear it again and I have like 5 bars of service.

I did a soft reset...a hard reset...everything I could think of and nothing fixes it...and it didn't do this when I first got it.
